Technical Support

Job responsibilities: (base salary 7000+)

1. Analyze and evaluate the status of soil fertility, design plans, carry out field trials and surveys of farmers' fertilization status, and collect and analyze crop samples;

2. Develop a fertilization plan and propose a scientific fertilization plan;

3. Carry out scientific fertilization technology experiments, demonstrations and extensions, compile relevant technical materials, organize technical training, and provide technical guidance and consultation.

job requirements:

1. Plant nutrition, agronomy, horticulture and other agricultural-related majors, with a master's degree or above, and those with better conditions can relax to a full-time undergraduate degree;

2. Research on nutrition and plant protection of various crops in the region, familiar with fertilizer market is preferred.
